Ashbolt Elderflower
Created in the Derwent Valley at Plenty, Ashbolt Elderflower is unique in Australia to the Ashbolt range of farm produce. A refreshing non alcoholic drink, Elderflower has an unusual but delicate flavour with nuances of a sparkling wine, a mild ginger beer, lychees, flowers, lemons and cider. Available as a sparkling drink or as a concentrate, it contains no additives, artificial flavours, colourings or preservatives. Hartzview Cassis
Hartzview Vineyard near Woodbridge in Tasmania’s Huon Valley not only allows visitors to experience stunning views over the vineyard slopes and the beautiful Hartz Mountains. It also afford the opportunity to sample a sweet liqueur style fortified wine named Cassis, which is unique to this vineyard. Similar in style to the traditional French Crème de Cassis, it is made from 100% Tasmanian Blackcurrants. It has an intense Blackcurrant fruit aroma, the palate is very sweet, rich, smooth and full bodied, with long lingering flavours. It is superb for those who like a very sweet liqueur.
