Road Transport Hall of Fame
Trucks and road trains are the lifeline of many settlements throughout the Northern Territory so it is fitting that a museum honouring these important workhorses is located at the transport hub of The Territory - Alice Springs. The Hall of Fame's displays examples of just about every type and size of truck and bus to have ridden the roads of Central Australia, both past and present.
An added bonus is the Kenworth Dealer Hall of Fame, which is devoted to the history of the Australian designed and built Kenworth trucks.
Location: Norris Bell Avenue, Alice Springs. Ph (08) 8952 7161. Entry fees apply.
