Hiscutt Park & Dutch Windmill is a delightful park situated around the Penguin Creek area near Penguin, providing barbecues, playground and public toilets.

Its famous landmark, the Dutch windmill, was donated by the Dutch community in Tasmania to show their gratitude of the rugged yet beautiful place that embraced their people and their culture. Take a look through the window to see a vast array of Dutch paraphernalia.
