Bundaberg, Coral Coast & Country Walks: The Bundaberg region offers the most accessible place in Australia to witness the nightly nesting ritual of a number of turtle species from October to March each year. Combined with remnant wetlands, mangrove systems rich in birdlife and the spectacular landscape of sandstone cliffs in Cania Gorge National Park this is a diverse region to explore. 6 walks

Central Queensland Walks: Central Queensland features large parts of the Sandstone Belt, including the outstanding Blackdown and Kroombit National Parks. The most renowned National Park in the sandstone belt is Carnarvon. On the coast, Deepwater National Park is a rewarding site for bird watching and from January to April turtle hatchlings can be seen emerging from their nests. 10 walks

Fraser Island Walks: The stunning Fraser Island World Heritage Area is the setting for the Fraser Island Great!Walk that winds 90km between Dilli Village and Happy Valley. And in Cape Hillsborough National Park there are scenic walks with panoramic views to the sets of dotted islands shimmering like green emeralds on a velvet cushion of blue ocean. 6 walks

Situated on the Diamantina River, Combo Waterholes are believed to be the site that inspired Banjo Paterson to write Waltzing Matilda while on a visit to Dagworth Station in 1895. Townsville Walks: In Townsville explore scenic Magnetic Island, rugged Hinchinbrook Island, and the many protected areas for birdwatching. The Wet Tropics Great! Walk is the longest of Queensland's Great!Walks, traversing 110km of rugged north Queensland landscapes in Girringun National Park. The walk links two of Queensland's most beautiful waterfalls - Wallaman Falls and Blencoe Falls. 10 walks

Whitsundays Walks: Lt. James Cook entered the Whitsundays passage on Sunday 3rd June 1770 during the Christian Festival of Whit Sunday and though there were beautiful islands everywhere, indeed 74 of them, he only named one, Pentecost Island. Most of the islands now have National Park status, such as the Molle Group, which has extensive walking tracks offering unsurpassed views over the surrounding islands and distant mainland. The Whitsunday Great!
